Honey Rock Landing is an agri-tourism retreat on a working orchard near Delta, Colorado, with Cave Suites built into the hillside above the Gunnison River. The Lodging Lab was brought on to lead the pre-opening launch: go-to-market strategy, selection and configuration of the property management system with automated messaging, digital check-in, and calendar integration, room descriptions and rate positioning, press outreach, email marketing, and guidance on a hosted rental model. The property opened with scalable systems, a clear market identity, and early editorial coverage in Denver Life and The Denver Post. Our work continues into the next phase: design direction and floor-plan review for the Cave Haush and the adjoining Star Gazer Suites, a five-bedroom collection that extends the cave concept to larger parties.
