Honey Rock Landing is an agri-tourism retreat preparing to launch on a working orchard near Delta, Colorado. The Lodging Lab was brought on to support pre-opening launch. Our work included preparing a go to market strategy, selecting and configuring a property management system with automated messaging, digital check-in, and calendar integration. We developed compelling room descriptions, produced AI-generated renderings to support pre-launch visibility.. Additional support included press release development, email marketing, and guidance on a hosted rental model. Honey Rock Landing is positioned for a strong debut with scalable systems and a clear market identity.
